The ultimate goal of Sid is well-being of people with diabetes. Membership is now more than 1600 and is open to all scientists and physicians working in the area of diabetes.

Membership is open to all scientists and physicians working in the area of atherosclerosis.
The Italian Society of Human Nutrition (Società Italiana di Nutrizione Umana), founded in 1963, is devoted to the promotion of knowledge regarding human nutrition and dietetics, by encouraging research, prevention and clinical advances in this broad field, as well as the dissemination of nutrition information in the population. SINU is the Italian member of the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS) and is a founding member of the Italian Federation of Nutrition Societes (FeSIN). Membership is open to all scientists and health professionals working in the area of food science, human nutrition and dietetics.

Nutrition, Metabolism & Cardiovascular Diseases is a forum designed to focus on the powerful interplay between nutritional and metabolic alterations, and cardiovascular disorders.
